Data back-up system
All data backups are done using IBM DDS drives using Veritas backup solutions. Mobile and distributed desktops are automatically backed up using Veritas.
Data Security / Data Access

The Server room
(Server and Communications Infrastructure Room) has restricted access to approved personnel only. All access into and out of the data facility room is logged. Customer dedicated racks are used for housing servers, routers, switches and other products.
Data Transmission
ISPL uses data transmission over VPN
providing additional network security. Remote user Authentication is done using a 2 factor authentication system.
The network security for ISPL has been designed by Virtela Communications network security team and offers a robust security solution to
