Contact Center Infrastructure

Since technology forms the backbone of any contact center implementation, ISPL has invested a great deal of effort into ensuring that the technological solutions we offer for contact center management provide state-of-the-art functionality while remaining cost-effective.


Communication and Telecom Infrastructure

We have architect network between India and the US . Our current capability of 2Mbps bandwidth for VPN and 256 Kbps of Internet bandwidth provides a distinct competitive advantage in the industry. Dedicated VOIP link between Head office to branch office.

VPN (Virtual Private Network)

ISPL has 2 Mbps of bandwidth for 120 seater Inbound and Outbound call center.
It is 24/7 facilities for the USA Customers for different Campaigns with a voice Kodak.


Internet Bandwidth 

ISPL has 256 kbps RF Internet bandwidth through STPI and implemented 4 Port dedicated VOIP link between US Office and Indian Branch with a voice Kodak.

  • Broadband modem RAD

  • Cisco 2621 for WAN Connectivity

  • Net Magic 5Xp for VPN tunneling which converts public Network into private Network 

  • Cisco AS5350 with 8 T1 / E1 ports 

  • Edge Link 300 for Voice Channels 

  • Voice Network (PSTN)

100 Mbps switched LAN is configured on 3com Switches

Standard software loaded on the desktops includes IE 6.0, Typing Tutor, MS Outlook 2000, Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition 8.0 Antivirus and. Applications like MS Office are loaded based on customer requirements.

Data back-up system
 

All data backups are done using IBM DDS drives using Veritas backup solutions. Mobile and distributed desktops are automatically backed up using Veritas. 

Data Security / Data Access

The Server room
 
(Server and Communications Infrastructure Room) has restricted access to approved personnel only. All access into and out of the data facility room is logged. Customer dedicated racks are used for housing servers, routers, switches and other products.

Data Transmission 

ISPL uses data transmission over VPN providing additional network security. Remote user Authentication is done using a 2 factor authentication system.
The network security for ISPL has been designed by Virtela Communications network security team and offers a robust security solution to ISPL's data security needs.
