Our International call center in Hyderabad, has the right mix of fun, performance, growth plans to expand 1000 seats by 2005 and people oriented practices-where every employee is recognized by his/her contribution, and offers the following positions.
Manager-Operations Call Center (code CC MG):
A post graduate with at least 4 years as a manager, with techno commercial experience in managing an international call center with minimum of 500 agents and involved inbound/outbound and BPO activities. Position offers unique and challenging opportunities with exposure to international environment.
Asst Manager-Operations Call Center (Code CC AM):
A graduate with 2-4 years of experience in handling a team of 150 Customer Support Executives/Tele Sales Representatives.
Team Leader: (Code CC TL):
A graduate with minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in an International call center with strong leadership and good people skills.
Quality Analyst (code CC QA):
A Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in International call center and at least 6 months of experience in implementing and monitoring quality in agent-customer communication. Should have sound knowledge of quality parameters and tools for voice and non voice processes.
Customer

representatives:

Graduates with at least 3-12 months of experience in an International Call center

Freshers:
